BAAK were recommended to us by our Office Move Project manager, who arranged an initial meeting for us to learn about BAAK Design and Alex. When we first met Alex we were really happy with her approach and her experience came through very strongly. Throughout the project Alex kept us well informed of ideas she had, choices we had to make and provided her expertise of how we could bring it all together. Alex had a very relaxed and calm approach to everything, even when we changed our minds about things at the last minute. She took on board what we really wanted to deliver from our new office and how we wanted to bring our culture to life and worked with this information really effectively. One thing I really liked about working with Alex too was that she challenged us to do some things a bit differently than we would normally have done and these elements of the office are some of the ones we love the most.If we were to undertake a similar project again I would definitely engage the services of BAAK Design and would recommend them to others going through the same process.
