The house was built in 1894 and it was almost in it's original state when we came on board. We completely remodelled the house internally, converting what was a rabbit warren of small rooms into large flowing entertaining areas downstairs, converting the roof space into a loft bedroom and with clever use of space squeezing in two bathrooms and a cellar storage space, which included a laundry. The house sold quickly in a very slow market.
