House of Fraser needed a new London HQ for their 450 staff, with a staff cafe, meeting and training spaces plus tailored spaces for each department including dressing rooms and range review rooms. Storage was unusual too as they needed to store everything from lipstcks, handbags, clothes to lamps and sofas.
