We were appointed by Goodman to refurbish Building 14 at Central Park, Auckland for them.With the introduction of a new atrium, central staircase and feature wall we transformed a tired, dark building with a rabbit warren of endless corridors and offices into a bright modern office. The refurbishment also included new air conditioning, new ceilings and lighting, new WCs plus a full external refurbishment to complete the transformation.
